Are you looking to organise an event from a Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary or even your Business Corporate event. Then we can help, we offer a complete package from the Catering, Marquee, Entertainment/DJ in addition we can also provide contacts for celebration cakes and flowers for your event. After the initial meeting with us you will be able to meet up with our chef and discuss your requirements for your special event from a wide choice of menus and we can also offer a Hog Roast, if required. Any dietary requirements can be catered for and menus are by no means definitive.

Wedding Breakfast

Starter

Shropshire blue and red onion marmalade tartlet drizzled with a balsamic and port reduction
Assiette of seafood with a lightly spiced cous cous and tomato con casse
Chicken Caesar salad topped with Parmigiano Reggiano shavings
Trio of melon with a summer berry and kumquat compote
Buffalo mozzarella and beef tomato salad with a basil infused oil

Main Course

Supreme of chicken with a pancetta and red wine glaze
Fillet of salmon with a dill and lemon butter and crushed new potatoes
Roast loin of pork, wholegrain mustard mash and roasted root vegetables
Roast sirloin of beef with a mushroom and herb crust
Served with potato of the day and panache of seasonal vegetables unless otherwise stated

Vegetarian

Feta cheese with basil and sun dried tomato in a filo pastry case
Wild mushroom stroganoff served with rice

Desserts

Brandy snap basket filled with summer fruits and thick Jersey cream
Tarte au citron with a crème anglaise
Individual roast rhubarb and apple crumble with custard
Chocolate gateaux with wild berry compote

The price includes cutlery & crockery, the venue will be an additional cost but we have access to several venues in the Wolverhampton & surrounding areas. We also provide a full bar service if required.

Event Marquee's

The Capri Marquee - has a modern spacious design that eliminates ropes & guide lines.

Its sweeping appearance is dramatically different from traditional Marquees.

The Capri Marquee comes in four sizes with a choice of clear or plain side walls that are easy to fit.

These wonderful Marquees can also be linked for larger events, such as weddings, corporate events or even birthdays.
