Imagine the scene. Guests are being ushered into the room where the civil wedding ceremony will shortly take place. Your favourite love songs are being played on a professional sound system at just the right volume. The congregation are absorbing the sentiments that reflect your love for each other. Suddenly the music switches to that special choice for your walk up the aisle. As you approach the Groom, and the Registrar, the music discreetly fades and the ceremonies begin. You have also selected the music to accompany the signing of the register. Guests enjoy the moment, photographs are taken, and lets not forget that all-important walk down the aisle as Husband and Wife.
Guests follow you out of the room and assemble for your Champagne reception. A selection of “Smooth Jazz” or “Easy Listening” music is playing in the background and Carol is co-ordinating with photographers, catering staff and guests. David Summers is on hand to make announcements and everyone is relaxed and content.
You may wish to have us organise your receiving line and introduce any V.I.P. guests into the dining room, prior to being seated on the top table. David Summers will introduce your “Grand Entrance” and play an appropriate anthem to enhance the experience.
The Wedding Breakfast.
David Summers believes that this meal should be a relaxed and joyous occasion. There should be more than the sound of cutlery in the air. He will play your choice of background music at just the right volume. A radio microphone, with stand, can be provided for any speeches and of course David Summers will be your Master of Ceremonies. All introductions and announcements will be made in his warm and friendly style. David and Carol will also personalise the proceedings on your behalf in order to achieve a cordial and harmonious atmosphere. Fun, unique and memorable is how we visualise your wedding breakfast.
The Evening Reception.
Time to get into party mood, meet and greet your additional guests and let David Summers entertain.
