Introduction

A SPECIAL PLACE - Renowned as the birthplace of England's most celebrated playwright, William Shakespeare, medieval Stratford-upon-Avon is steeped in culture and history. On the edge of the town, surrounded by 11 acres of beautiful Warwickshire countryside, lies the 16th century, Elizabethan Billesley Manor. Guests can sit beside roaring log fires or meander amongst the suits of armour and tapestries interspersed throughout the Manor. Alternatively, there's the Library where Shakespeare reputedly wrote his famous play 'As you like it'. With a 100 year old listed Topiary Garden and Fountain sitting proudly in view of all, which is a photographers delight for capturing those special moments to treasure forever.

Billesley Manor creates a truly romantic picturesque setting of your special day. A SPECIAL OCCASION Three civil licensed ceremonial rooms present a unique ambience and style for parties for up to 150. The sweeping staircase from the Minstrel Gallery into The Great Hall with its oak panelling walls, creates a breathtaking entrance. Whilst the charming Library that was once graced by Shakespeare's presence, oozes of romance. Weddings are enhanced by the beautiful views in The Topiary Suite. Nestled in the Gallery is the Honeymoon Suite featuring a four poster bed, secret priest hole and a hidden compartment within the oak panelling. Praised by Egon Ronay and awarded 2 AA Rosettes, the Stuarts Restaurant offers a friendly service of the highest standard. Deluxe Double room

Our deluxe double rooms are located in the main manor house. Many with views of the gardens. The deluxe double rooms benefit from large work area with desk, sitting area with easy chairs and coffee table and include bathrobes, slippers & executive refreshment tray. You will also find quality features including trouser press & hair dryer.

Premium Double Room

Our contemporary Premium double rooms, located in the converted Cedar barns are of a modern & individual design, some retain the original Tudor barns whilst our Premium rooms, located in the main House, offer a more traditional décor, some have views of the Topiary gardens. All will include bathrobes, slipper & executive refreshment tray.

Suite

The two rooms are both very unique. A welcoming lounge area adds to your relaxation. You will find quality features in your room including hairdryer . The fresh & modern en-suite is warm & inviting and the perfect place to unwind and relax.
