You are able to experience the sights, smells and sounds of medieval life, you can pick up a sword or try on a helmet to see how soldiers lived or visit the eerie Ghost Tower.  The Mill and Engine House, which opened in 2002 - helps you to discover how electricity was created to light up the whole Castle in 1900.
