Introduction

The Mount Hotel is a spectacular Grade II listed manor house, dating back to the 19th Century. It has retained many of its original features including leaded glass windows and the magnificent rosewood panelled Great Hall.

We have a choice of elegant rooms and suites which can accommodate 12 to 120 guests. All of our reception rooms are located in the original manor house, and each one has its own distinctive atmosphere and ambience bringing a unique charm to your special day.

Nestled at the bottom of the hotels beautiful grounds stands the garden pavilion, which is also licensed for civil ceremonies. The Pavilion provides a perfect romantic setting for a truly magical and unique day. Imagine making your vows in the open air with you family and friends close by.

Accommodation at The Mount comprises 67 en-suite bedrooms located in the renovated Grade II listed stables, the main house and the custom-built wing. We offer twin rooms, standard and executive double rooms and family rooms.

Directions by road

General Directions - Leave the M54 at J3 and follow the A41, Wolverhampton. Stay on the A41 for approximately 8 miles, until you come into Tettenhall Village (the village green will be on your left and right). Immediately after this there is a crossroads indicated by a yellow junction box and traffic lights. Turn right here into Tettenhall, go straight on through the village, passing Tettenhall College and the Drive School on your left. At the traffic lights, go straight on, for approximately 0.3 miles and the hotel is on your left.

From M6 South - Leave the M6 at J10a and join the M54 towards Telford. Follow the directions above.*

From M6 North - Leave the M6 at J11 and follow the A460 towards Telford. Pick up the signs for the M54, Telford. Follow the directions as above.*

From the M6 Toll Road - Leave the M6 Toll Road at junction T8, A460 Wolverhampton. Follow the signs for the M54, Telford. Follow the directions as above.*

From M5 South - Continue on the M5 until it merges with the M6. Leave the M6 at J10a to join the M54. Follow the directions as above.*
